ACCENTURE FEDERAL SERVICES
During COVID, the Federal Bureau of Prisons tapped Accenture to urgently recruit Doctors, Nurses, Psychologists, and Chaplains.
As Creative Lead, I built a National Employer Brand campaign that turned crisis into action.
Our team captured 5,000+ raw images, produced 1000+ retouched photos, and created a complete library of videos, campaign assets (including my own handwriting made into a font) and launched live career events.
The bureau quickly received a huge surge in qualified candidates, keeping employees and incarcerated populations safe, supported, and healthy.
